Lockbox Services

Our state-of-the-art lockbox services are image-based, web-based, and fully automated to process your association members' monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual payments for maintenance fees and special assessments. We accept checks, as well as check and coupon. Funds are deposited into your account for same-day ledger credit. We provide an electronic file to update your accounts receivable files automatically, as well as other reporting options.

Automated Clearing House Services

ACH origination allows your association to automatically debit maintenance fees and special assessments from the checking or savings account of your members. ACH transactions are processed through Commercial Online Banking by an authorized representative. Funds are credited to your account on a next-day basis.

Lending Services
