Job Title:	Teller Trainee Floater, Full Time – North & South Tampa

Salary:	$10.00/hr.
Description:	This position serves clients by providing high quality, exceptional, efficient customer service. Floats as assigned to other offices. Assigned to routine coverage at primary designated offices in North and South Tampa; however, may be assigned to cover any bank office location based on need. Performs the following responsibilities with the assistance of a designated teller trainer: – Operates a paying and receiving teller window – Cross-sells other bank products and services – Prepares and balances individual cash daily – Assumes drive-thru responsibilities on a rotating basis – Provides excellent service to clients This position works a 40-hour schedule, Monday – Friday.

Requirements:	REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: – Excellent customer service skills – Professional demeanor – Excellent telephone and client contact skills – Cooperative manner DESIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: – Previous cash handling experience – Drive-thru experience
