The Bank of Tampa has been the designated financial services benefit provider of the Hillsborough County Bar Association since 2005. Our experienced officers work closely with the local business and professional community, including more than 450 law firms. Commercial Services for Law Firms

• Lending Services – The Bank of Tampa provides funds for firm start-ups, operating lines of credit, office construction, property acquisition and equipment purchasing or leasing.
• Cash Management Services – Included are ACH services, Sweep Accounts, Zero Balance Accounts, Direct Deposit, Lock Box Services, Positive Pay and Escrow Manager. A host of real-time, online banking services are also available through Commercial Online Banking, including electronic bill payments, stop payment requests, wire transfers and fund transfers.
• Investment Services – We offer investment and money desk services through our affiliate Florida Investment Advisors.
• IOTA Services and Escrow Manager™ – We offer responsive IOTA program management and reporting services. Additionally, we offer Escrow Manager to simplify and streamline your escrow deposit and account management process.

• Minaret Diamond Account – Our most valuable personal account package is free for law firm partners. The Minaret Diamond account features checking accounts; Visa® Check Card with special higher purchase and withdrawal limits; Visa Platinum credit card with no annual fee and a special low interest rate (subject to credit approval); Visa Extras Rewards with both Visa Check and Platinum cards at no extra cost; overdraft protection; free Personal Online Banking with complimentary CheckFree® Web bill payment service; free ATM transactions and surcharge-free withdrawals at over 900 Publix Presto! ATMs; plus a host of other courtesy services and fee waivers.
• Professional Lending Services – We offer personal lines of credit and loans tailored to your needs. Also available are residential lending services and our Prime Home Equity Line of Credit.
• Wealth Management – We have a full spectrum of investment management and trust services available and a staff of knowledgeable professionals with unrivaled experience to help you achieve your goals.

Services for Associates

As a benefit provider for the Hillsborough County Bar Association, The Bank of Tampa offers the following benefits to HCBA members:

• Free HCBA Professional Account – The Bank of Tampa will waive its $12 monthly maintenance fee on this personal checking account for HCBA members. 
• Free Standard Checks. 
• No Foreign ATM Fees – We will waive our $2 foreign ATM fee for withdrawals made at other ATMs.  (Note: A surcharge from the dispensing bank or institution may apply.)  As a member of the Presto! network, no surcharge fees are incurred for withdrawals made at over 900 Publix ATMs.
• Visa Check Card with Higher Limits – We will increase our check card limits for HCBA members, allowing up to $2,500 for daily check card purchases and up to $1,500 per day for ATM withdrawals.
• Free Personal Online Banking with CheckFree® Web Electronic Bill Payment Service – We will waive the $6 monthly fee for our webpay service, which allows you the convenience of paying your bills online through our website.
• Residential Mortgage Application Fee Waiver – We will waive our application and processing fee on Home Mortgages, a savings of $350.
• Reduced Interest Rate on Auto Loans – The Bank of Tampa will offer HCBA members an interest rate reduction of 0.25% on auto loans.
• Free American Express Travelers Checks – We will waive our standard $2 fee charged for every $100 worth of travelers checks purchased.
• Free Rental of a 3” x 5” Safe Deposit Box (where available).
