THE BANK OF TAMPA EXPANDS SERVICES FOR HOMEOWNER AND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATIONS
Following the recent purchase of highly automated and efficient lockbox and billing services, The Bank of Tampa announces the expansion of its Association Services for Homeowner and Condominium Associations. In addition to serving businesses and professionals for over 25 years, The Bank of Tampa has been working with homeowner and condominium associations for nearly 10 years and is pleased to now offer these expanded specialty services. With this expansion, the bank has hired three additional Association Services specialists to add to its existing staff to provide your association with the personalized attention you need from experienced professionals.
The major services available include operating and reserve accounts; Commercial Online Banking services; Lockbox services; Automated Clearing House (ACH) services; billing and reporting services with multiple reporting options; and lending services.
