The Bank of Tampa Appoints Todd W. Cordell to Senior Vice President, Trust Director

TAMPA, Fla., May 31, 2023 – The Bank of Tampa today announced the appointment of Todd Cordell to senior vice president, trust director. In his role, Cordell will oversee The Bank of Tampa’s Trust Services team, which is responsible for providing clients with trust, estate planning and guardianship services, investment management and escrow services, as well as agency services.
“Todd brings 30 years of banking experience, building trusting relationships with his clients and their families,” said Corey Neil, chief executive officer of The Bank of Tampa. “Todd’s extensive experience, coupled with his deep knowledge and familiarity with trust services, made him a great fit for this critical role within our organization.”
Prior to joining The Bank of Tampa, Cordell served as senior vice president, senior trust officer at Bank of America, Merrill Lynch. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Cordell received his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois.
