Trust Administration
Our Trust Department has been built on developing personal relationships to understand our clients’ financial goals and objectives. We work closely with you, as a member of your advisory team, to achieve comprehensive wealth management. We help find solutions that best fit your needs. We can assist with several types of Trusts:
Revocable Trusts
This type of trust transfers the day-to-day management tasks to experienced professionals and allows you to provide long-term financial protection for your family. These trusts can be changed as your needs change.
Irrevocable Trusts
This type of trust is irrevocable, may be created through a living trust document or under a last will and testament, and assigns long-term asset management to impartial, qualified specialists. Irrevocable Trusts can assist with creditor protection as well.
Trusts Under Will
Also known as testamentary trusts, these arrangements are created in your will to provide long-term financial protection for loved ones. These trusts are often created for minor beneficiaries.
Charitable Trusts
Charitable trusts provide both personal income security and tax-deductible gifts to charity. We can act as trustee for you and the charity you select.
