Ashley N. Watters Appointed to Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager, Westshore

TAMPA, Fla., Nov. 17, 2022 – The Bank of Tampa today announced that Ashley Watters has been appointed to vice president, commercial relationship manager at its Westshore office, which is located at 4600 W. Cypress Street in Tampa.
“When you look at Ashley’s success and knowledge in the areas of banking and finance, coupled with her deep connections in the Tampa Bay area and her involvement in our community, she really is the perfect fit for The Bank of Tampa’s culture and relationship-based approach to serving our clients,” said Nick Thurston, Westshore market director at The Bank of Tampa. “With a wealth of experience directly in the Tampa Bay market, she will be a wonderful asset to our Westshore banking team as we continue to grow.”
Watters offers more than 15 years total experience in banking and financial services. Prior to joining The Bank of Tampa, she served as vice president, commercial relationship manager at Cogent Bank.
Watters is involved in community organizations throughout Hillsborough County. She has been an active member of the Junior League of Tampa, holding various leadership roles, since 2012. Additionally, she currently serves as secretary and a member of the board of directors for the Westshore Alliance, which supports the Westshore area business district. Watters holds a Bachelor of Arts in business and organizational management from Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee.
