Preston L. Farrior Appointed to The Bank of Tampa’s Board of Directors

TAMPA, Fla., Jan. 24, 2023 –The Bank of Tampa today announced the appointment of Preston L. Farrior to its board of directors. Farrior is the CEO of Ferman Motor Car Company, Inc. and President of Cigar City Motors, Inc.

Farrior joins The Bank of Tampa’s board with more than 30 years of experience in the automotive retail sector, holding various leadership roles with the Ferman organization, including sales, sales management, general sales manager and general manager.
Farrior is passionate about giving back to the community throughout Florida and specifically in Tampa Bay. He currently serves as vice chair of the Fish & Wildlife Foundation of Florida, the executive committee and the governance committee of Metropolitan Ministries and the Metropolitan Ministries Foundation board of directors, respectively. He is the president of the Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla Scholarship Foundation. Farrior served on the board of directors for the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce and the Tampa Marine Institute. He is a member of the Florida Council of 100. Additionally, he serves on the executive committee for the University of Florida Gator Boosters.
