The Bank of Tampa Appoints Robert Subko as Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager

TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 22, 2019 – The Bank of Tampa today announced that Robert Subko has been appointed vice president, commercial relationship manager.

“Robert has been a commercial relationship manager in the Tampa Bay area for more than 30 years,” said Scott Gault, Hillsborough County market president at The Bank of Tampa. “His understanding of our local banking landscape, as well as his knowledge and connections to local businesses throughout the Tampa Bay area, make him the perfect fit for The Bank of Tampa. We’re looking forward to him making an immediate impact with our clients and prospects.”

Prior to joining The Bank of Tampa, Subko spent 20 years as a business relationship manager at SunTrust Bank. Subko holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of South Florida (USF).

Subko is involved with community organizations throughout the Tampa Bay area. He volunteers with MJH Children’s Charities, which works in conjunction with USF’s College of Education and their Tutor-a-Bull program—a program that provides tutors for the Joshua House, as well as a select number of high schools and middle schools throughout the Tampa Bay area.
