The Bank of Tampa Awards $50,000 in Scholarships to USF Muma College of Business Students

TAMPA, Fla., March 21, 2022The Bank of Tampa today announced a partnership with the University of South Florida (USF) Muma College of Business, in which the bank will award $50,000 in scholarships to students over a five-year period.

“The Bank of Tampa has a long-standing partnership with the University of South Florida,” said Scott Gault, Hillsborough County market president at The Bank of Tampa and board member serving the USF Muma College of Business Executive Advisory Council. “We are proud to work with USF in order to support students—right here in our community—in pursuing their future.”

The Bank of Tampa Scholarships will be awarded annually, at $10,000 per scholarship, to students in the Applied Securities and Analysis Program or to students who are finance majors. Students must have a financial need and be qualified on academic merit.

The USF Muma College of Business Scholarship Committee convenes annually in June to award available scholarships.
