Changes to the Way You Log in to Commercial Bill Pay
Effective Thursday, September 18, 2025, our Commercial Bill Pay services will be available via The Bank of Tampa’s Online Banking platform. If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking or need assistance with user access for you or a member of your team, please contact our Client Solutions Center at 813.872.1200.
What to Expect Starting September 18
- Users with Commercial Bill Pay access will find the service located under the "Pay Bills" tile within the Payments and Transfers tab in Online Banking.
- While the login process will change slightly, all existing user authorities and access rights will remain the same.
- The administration of users previously managed through Commercial Bill Pay will now be managed within Online Banking.
